is a long
stretched piece
of sand
and
rather quiet all
year round.
Even
in
the
very
high season
you can
still find a
quiet place
on the
beach. And
is this
still to
much noise
etc. hire a
car or a motocyc (Thaiglish)
for
small
motorbike
and
take
the
road
along
the
west
coast,
there
are
plenty
of
other
beaches.
But
Karon
beach
has
a
good
location
is
very
long
stretched,
there
is
plenty
of
space,

Nai Harn is the southernmost at Phuket's west coast,
a beautiful location dominated by the Phuket Yacht club resort with a light sandy beach in front, very close are some more smaller beaches, read more |

beach
until
down

Chalong

The beach itself is not very attractive because there is a wide batch of shallow water in front which looks not very good at low tide. The best Phuket beaches
are at the west coast of the island and the more north a beach is the more pristine is the waterfront. There are stretches of sands for kilometers in particular Bangtao which is the front end of Phuket Laguna and to the north. Probably the best beaches are behind the airport but there also the national park starts and officially its forbidden to build anything in a national park but it seems this laws wont touch the influential people since there are several high end hotels, luxury villas, apartments and more.
